Application & Mixing Guidelines
Surface Preparation
All substrates: clean, dry, free of oil/grease/dust/foreign matter; structurally solid
Painted surfaces: abrade to expose 80% original substrate; building boards: flat & firmly fixed
Cement-based plasters: cure for 14 days; cracks/level deviations repaired
Pre-wet substrate to saturation (no free water, matt surface)
Mixing Steps
Pour 12.5kg Component B (liquid) into clean vessel → add 25kg Component A (powder)
Mix with 350 rpm low-speed mechanical mixer until lump-free homogeneous slurry
Avoid high-speed mixing (prevents air bubbles that weaken waterproofing)
Application Operation
1st coat: apply with brush/roller/sprayer (even coverage)
2nd coat: apply 4-5hrs later at 90° angle to 1st coat (while 1st is still green)
Total thickness ≤5mm; tile application starts after ≥12hrs curing
Water tanks/pools: cure ≥7 days before filling water; wrap internal surfaces completely
Corners: use net to prevent damage; pipes: add insulation for water discharge
Key Warnings
Do not add cement/sand to the mixture; do not use on gypsum boards
Do not apply below 5°C; protect from water/rain for 24hrs post-application
Incomplete wrapping causes leakage (critical for pools/tanks); not for non-solid substrates
